RevSquare is an interactive agency founded in 2002 by Jeff Mignon and Nancy Wang. Revsquare is based out of New York with offices in Paris (France), Montreal (Canada), Sydney (Australia), and Warsaw (Poland). Jeff has been helping media companies and brands to reinvent, innovate, and create new products and services for almost two decades in North America and Europe. He likes to say that he is a “product guy”. Jeff has assisted companies including Bravo, The Associated Press, The New York Times, Scholastic, Showtime Networks, Hatchette-Filipacchi, Bonnier, Play Bac, Transcontinental, Arte, Workman, AFP, Barnes & Noble, Stampen, Amauri, Springer, Roularta, Edipresse, France 24, RFI, and Radio France. Jeff, at 24 years old, founded his first agency in Paris which he ran successfully for 10 years. The company specialized in helping print media rethink their editorial strategy, design strategy, and newsroom organization. In addition, Jeff is the co-founder of the first daily newspapers for kids in the world, published in France by Play Bac Presse. Jeff was a teacher at CFPJ, the Parisian J-School. He has been a jury member at the Canadian Media Fund, which finances media innovation in Canada, and was part of the “États Généraux de la Presse”, a think-tank organized by the French President Sarkozy to strategize on the future of media. Today, he teaches at CUNY J-School in the Entrepreneurial Journalism program led by Jeff Jarvis and is a regular speaker at major events such as TedX NY, World Association of Newspapers, and Society for News Design. |

One of Nancy’s biggest strengths is helping her clients to make the leap from strategy to execution. Major clients have included Showtime, Scholastic, The Associated Press, Random House, Kaplan, Heinz Europe, Merrill Lynch, and Seagram Chateau & Estates. Prior to RevSquare, Nancy was VP and COO of an Internet start-up developing online news and education products and services for children ages five to 16. Nancy is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Columbia Business School. She began her career as a management consultant with Price Waterhouse and specialized in the media industry during her tenure at Booz Allen Hamilton. She has won awards for her client service. Nancy currently teaches at CUNY J-School in the Entrepreneurial Journalism program led by Jeff Jarvis. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in French. His background in technology (system administration, project management, and eCommerce), his several successes as an entrepreneur (he successfully sold his three companies), and his passion for marketing make him a full rounded business person and an expert in delivering high value marketing solutions. As an informational graphic specialist, he has been working for publications such as The New York Times, Scientific American, and National Geographic, and for corporations like Qualcomm, Siemens, and Exxon Mobil, and furthermore, institutions such as the National Academy of Sciences, The Clinton Presidential Library, and the Museum of Natural History in New York City. He is a co-partner of 5W Infographics and its Creative Director since 2006. Before creating 5W Infographics and working for RevSquare, Samuel was Art Director at Fortune Magazine. He moved in the US in 1996 from Madrid, Spain. In 1989, Samuel was one of the original members of the daily newspaper El Mundo (Madrid), whose art department quickly became the center of the 1990′s “boom” of infographics in Europe. From 1990 to 1996, El Mundo was recognized with hundreds of awards by the Society for News Design, and Samuel alone has won more than thirty. |

Subsequently, she joined the non-profit organization Kino’00 as Project Manager where she was responsible for member relationships, communication of monthly screenings, and part of the coordination team of their largest annual event, the Montreal International Kino Kabaret where over a span of 12 days, more than 50 filmmakers write, direct, and exhibit a film – in less than four days. Finally, thanks to her job at Kino00, she had the opportunity to write and direct her first short film – C’est juste parce que ça goûte pas bon – a challenge she brilliantly took up in Brussels during the Kino Kabaret, part of the Brussels Short Film Festival. He redesigned the Galerie Thaddaeus Ropac website, using responsive design and focusing on its smartphone and tablet device displays.
